Part of the iconic Japanese Pokémon Strongest Seal (最強シール烈伝) series, Collection 2 continues the original 1996 set and features 217 different stickers, including 67 holographic stickers and 150 non-holographic designs. Each sticker measures approximately 50 × 50 mm, giving them their distinctive square format that has become highly recognisable among vintage Pokémon collectors.

The collection showcases an impressive selection of Generation 1 Pokémon, including fan favourites such as Pikachu, Charizard, Blastoise, Eevee, Gyarados, Snorlax, Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres.

The set was originally distributed in booster packs and lottery packs, and was also accompanied by the Perfect Album 2, which featured a special holographic Mewtwo sticker. Particularly interesting to collectors, Vaporeon, Jolteon and Flareon were released as special promotional stickers connected with the official World Hobby Fair distribution.
